Created over 30 own companies and assisted in over 100 start-ups. Designed and instituted first incubator of entrepreneurship in Eastern Europe named BASTION – Business And Scientific Transfers Internationally Organized Network aimed at marketing services and new technology. Key consultant to: Ambassadors of Canada, France, Australia, to French State Energy Industry, Business Council for Sustainable Development (BCSD Geneva), Skolkovo Fund Russia, EBCA – European Business Club Association (Germany), Energy Ministry of Ukraine, Armenia and CIS. Retained excellent relationship with all subsequent governments of Poland and senior advisors among world leading financial institutions. Born in 1963 in Bielsko-Biała, Poland, at the age of 17 migrated to Australia. After graduating, returned to Poland to assist in market transformation. Advised Ministry for Small & Medium Size Enterprises and the Governors of Bielsko-Biała and Katowice. Created first Polish Tourism Development Agencies. Involved in creating KHW coal mining and number of spectacular takeovers, while advising various Ministries how to defend Polish interests during the difficult period of economic transformation.

In 1998 named “Business Leader of Central & Eastern Europe” by the “Prince Charles Business Leader’s Foundation”.

Invited by Prince Charles to Japan, where he shared knowledge with Japanese corporate giants. Introduced many western companies to Eastern and Central Europe, offering soft – landing qualitative approach, became sought after entry point, to these new expending markets. Regularly, consulted official foreign business delegations eg. several Canadian Ministers and Ambassadors. Marketed Polish know-how and new KBN (Scientific Research Committee) projects. In 1998 reestablished Polish – French energy industry relations and acted as an Official Representative of French State Energy Sector for Central & Eastern Europe for over 7 years
