development of concepts and implementation of new technologies for small-scale and distributed power generation, including in particular the CHP –ORC technology intended for municipal Autonomous Energy Regions based on locally available renewable energy sources (RES), with thermal power of 1 MWt and electric power of 100-250 kWe
