· Application of laser biotechnology for promotion Sustainable Development and in particular for more efficient treatment of waste water [ prevention of water-born diseases], reclamation of areas out of use, enhancement of biomass/ bioenergy production by energy plantations, increase of food production under suboptimal environmental quality [better adoption to Climate Change, water deficiency, salinity of soil], better management of areas alongside main roads, stimulation of reproduction of breeding animals, etc as innovative priority on international scale.

· Introduction of new criteria and innovative methods for early detection environmental risk factor for human health [e.g. risk of higher incidence of cancer/leukaemia, congenital malformations, allergies, etc] and risks for ecosystems function and reproduction of animals as well as for monitoring exposition building and monuments to the air pollutants [e.g. over 30 years case study on exposition selected World Culture Heritage to indicators of traffic output, etc.].

· Ecological engineering integrating complementary biotechnologies and human ecology, ecotoxicology focused on more efficient protection environmental health in linkage with sustainable development of regions [ including eco- tourism in national parks, medical health in health resorts and areas for recreation, etc ].

· Integration of Innovative Methods in human ecology, ecotoxicology and environmental biotechnology for improvement primary prevention of incurable civilization diseases [e.g. Minamata, Itai-Itai, Yoccaichi asthma, etc] and for better Human environment [including protection in door environment in living houses in cities and rural areas ] in linkage with sustainable design of new buildings, habitats

· Dissemination knowledge and skills on biotechnology and ecologicalengineering , etc. useful for prevention of many common environmentally – borndiseases especially in developing countries in connection with advanced education [e.g. diploma works, doctoralstudies and postgraduate courses] by distanceeducation, international workshops, schools, consultative study visits as well as Life Long Learning open for all focused on Common Action of Experts from Different Countries and localstakeholders in linkage with international network following the United Nationspriority goals – Sustainable Development.
